Modalidades de admisión a La Católica PUCP 2010

Admisión Católica: Examen 2010-II

Este 18 de julio es el examen de la Católica. ¿Estás preparado? ¿Sabes qué pasos seguir para inscribirte? Con la información que te daremos a continuación no habrá excusas para pasar exitosamente esta prueba de tres horas.

Requisitos y documentos
-Haber culminado y aprobado la Educación Secundaria.
-Haber llenado la ficha de inscripción en línea.
-Haber cancelado los derechos de inscripción.

Documentos
La presentación es estrictamente personal.
-DNI (fotocopia simple) o, en su defecto, partida de nacimiento original.
-Certificado oficial de Secundaria. Original y fotocopia. Si estudió en centros educativos a los que se haya autorizado programas especiales, deberá presentar copia de la Resolución Ministerial que lo sustenta.

Costo por derecho de inscripción
Colegios privados: S/. 600
Colegios nacionales: S/. 450
-Para realizar el pago por derecho de examen es necesario haber llenado la ficha en línea.
-El depósito debe realizarse solo en el banco Continental según calendario.
-No hay descuentos ni exoneración de los derechos de inscripción. Una vez realizada la inscripción no habrá devolución del pago abonado.
-No hay inscripción extemporánea y, por lo tanto, no hay recargo en ninguna de las fechas.

El examen

La prueba tiene dos partes, una objetiva y la otra desarrollada. La parte objetiva evalúa tres competencias:

1. Lectura

En esta sección se presentan 36 preguntas las cuales analizan la lectura comprensiva, interpretativa y crítica. El tiempo de resolución es de 1 hora y pesa un 22.5% del puntaje final.

2. Matemática

Aquí son 48 preguntas que agrupan cuatro temas de la matemática. Para resolverlas tendrás 1 hora y 35 minutos. El peso es de 45%.

a. Número y operaciones:
-Números naturales, enteros, racionales, irracionales y reales.
-Divisibilidad, números primos y números compuestos.
-Máximo común divisor y mínimo común múltiplo.

b. Álgebra:
-Polinomios, operaciones con polinomios.
-Ecuaciones lineales en una variable.
-Ecuaciones cuadráticas en una variable.
-Sistema de dos ecuaciones lineales con dos variables.
-Función lineal.
-Función cuadrática.
-Sistema de dos ecuaciones lineales con dos variables.

c. Geometría y medida:
-Rectas y ángulos.
-Polígonos.
-Circunferencia: Longitudes y área
-Teorema de Pitágoras
-Razones, identidades y ecuaciones trigonométricas.

d. Estadística
-Tablas y gráficos.
-Promedio aritmético y promedio ponderado.
-Situaciones determinísticas aleatorias.

3. Redacción

Por su parte la sección de redacción tiene 36 preguntas que abarca temas como: ortografía y puntuación, vocabulario y construcción oracional; y, contenido y organización lógica de las ideas. El tiempo destinado a resolverlas es de 40 minutos y equivale un 22.5% del puntaje final.

Recuerda analizar bien las preguntas y las alternativas antes de marcar tu respuesta final. No olvides que por cada pregunta errada te quitan un punto, por una correcta te suman un punto y la respuesta en blanco equivale a cero puntos.

La Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú pone a disposición de quienes quieren ingresar a seguir estudios en sus especialidades de pregrado, diferentes canales de admisión de acuerdo a las edades y características personales de los postulantes.


ITS (Ingreso directo de alumnos destacados de colegios seleccionados)
EL ITS es una modalidad de evaluación dirigida a los escolares de un grupo de colegios que, gracias a la excelente formación que ofrecen a sus alumnos, forman a jóvenes que han demostrado un alto desempeño académico en la PUCP.

Ingreso directo por convenio con bachillerato
La Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú ofrece el ingreso directo a quienes presenten el diploma de bachillerato alemán, francés, internacional o italiano, gracias a los convenios con los colegios e instituciones que otorgan dichos diplomas.

La Primera Opción ®
La Primera Opción ® de ingreso es una evaluación de preadmisión dirigida a todos los escolares que actualmente cursan 5° de Secundaria. A través de esta modalidad se puede postular a las carreras de Letras, Ciencias, Arte, Educación y Arquitectura.

Evaluación del Talento
Esta modalidad de admisión está dirigida a todos los jóvenes que hayan terminado la secundaria y desean postular a cualquiera de las carreras que ofrece la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

Exoneración para primeros puestos
Está dirigida a los estudiantes que hayan ocupado el 1º ó 2º puesto de su promoción durante la Educación Secundaria. No pueden postular bajo esta modalidad los primeros puestos procedentes de Secundaria No Escolarizada.

Ingreso por CEPREPUC
Este centro preuniversitario está dirigido a todos los jóvenes que deseen postular a la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Ofrece ingreso directo y una adecuada preparación para rendir los distintos exámenes de ingreso.

Ingreso Adulto
Esta modalidad de admisión está dirigida a aquellas personas que, teniendo 30 años o más, deseen obtener un diploma adulto de Estudios Generales Letras o un grado o título universitario.

Traslado Externo
Permite solicitar la incorporación a la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú a quienes deseen continuar los estudios universitarios iniciados en otra universidad o a quienes tengan intención de cursar una segunda carrera.

Hijos y cónyuges de funcionarios internacionales
Dirigido a cónyuges e hijos de diplomáticos y funcionarios extranjeros acreditados en el Perú, y de diplomáticos y funcionarios peruanos que regresen al Perú al término de una misión cumplida en el extranjero.

TUC - Centro de Formación Teatral
Dirigida a todos los jóvenes que hayan terminado la secundaria y que quieren convertirse en profesionales del teatro durante 4 años de una exigente formación humanística e intensiva y rigurosa formación artística.

Escuela de Danza Contemporánea
La Escuela de Danza Contemporánea de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, es un espacio de capacitación profesional donde el bailarín es formado en técnicas y metodologías corporales, de investigación y creación, permitiéndole desarrollar sus capacidades de expresión y apreciación artísticas con alto nivel competente tanto en el Perú como a nivel internacional.
